These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Power Haus Portal (formerly The Thrive Portal) and the Restore Challenge services and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Friendly Community Standards:The Power Haus Portal and Restore Challenge are sacred, supportive spaces rooted in kindness, inclusivity, and high-frequency community. You agree to engage with others respectfully and refrain from discrimination, bullying, harassment, or any behaviour that may disrupt the integrity of this environment. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. ThetaSomatics™ Method: These Services include proprietary teachings and techniques from the ThetaSomatics™ method, a registered trademark. This modality is the intellectual and energetic property of Get Wholethy LTD and may not be replicated, adapted, or used without explicit permission.

4. Protection of Unique Modalities: All content and modalities taught within the Power Haus Portal and Restore Challenge are proprietary to Get Wholethy LTD. You agree not to replicate, distribute, share, license, perform, teach, or use them commercially or to develop competing content. Unauthorised use may result in legal action

5. Copyright: All text, graphics, audio, video, and other content in the Services are protected by copyright. Nothing may be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.

6. No Refunds: All purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued for prior months, regardless of user engagement or technical issues. Occasional downtime or technical bugs with the Circle platform will be addressed swiftly, but do not warrant refunds or credits. No refunds will be provided with temporary access issues with the app or downtime with the site.

7. Billing Policy: Our system is fully automated. We cannot pause, skip, or customise billing cycles.

• 12-Month Payment Plan: Billed automatically every 30 days.
• Pay in Full: Charged immediately upon signup. Failed payments will be retried weekly for four weeks. After four failed attempts, access will be revoked. To reinstate access within 30 days of cancellation, contact support@getwholethy.com to receive a private plan link and, if applicable, a code to retain your previous rate. After 30 days, a new subscription at the current rate will be required.

8. Final Sale and Cancellation Policy:All purchases are final. Early cancellation is not permitted for any reason, including financial hardship. Payment plans can only be discontinued via failed payments, not manual cancellation.

9. Non-Transferable Access: All content is for the purchaser's individual use only. Sharing login credentials or content is strictly prohibited. Downloading content or repurposing it for coaching, teaching, or redistribution in any form (online or offline) is not allowed. Violations will be pursued legally.

10. Access Duration:

Power Haus Portal: Access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Restore Challenge: Access is granted for 3 months. Renewal options may be offered at the end of your access period.

12. Modification of Terms: Get Wholethy LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted and take immediate effect. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination: Get Wholethy LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Power Haus Portal, Restore Challenge, or associated services at its sole discretion and without notice.

14. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using The Power Haus Portal or Restore Challenge services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
