Before the track identify one limiting belief, memory or story (which in ThetaSomatics™ we all the adaptive stories) that you want to work on then identify an authentic, positive belief you want to normalise in your mind and body. Find the two ‘poles’ you want to work with:

Adaptive: “I’m not good enough”
Authentic: “I am good enough just as I am”
